I trust you are keeping well during this challenging and rapidly evolving uncertain period. The unprecedented COVID-19 health crisis continues to bite in all parts of the globe, and we have had no choice but to adapt to the new ‘normal’.
Over the last six weeks or so, following the directives from Governments in most of the countries where we have offices, we quickly took the necessary steps to enable all staff to work remotely. Our key intention in doing this is to minimise exposure of our staff to COVID-19, keep them healthy, and do our part to minimise the spread of COVID-19.
We have continued to provide the same level of service that you are accustomed to from ZEP-RE albeit remotely. As a matter of fact, all our teams are hard at work to minimise any interruptions and mitigate the negative impact that COVID-19 might have on our operations.
We have taken full advantage of the existing virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom Video Conferencing to stay connected to our teams, clients and partners all over the world. Our staff stay connected with each other on these platforms, and this has kept the team spirit alive. We are also using this time to enrol our team in online trainings to augment skills in response to these changing times.
Through our ZEP-RE Academy, we continue to support the development of the industry by carrying out training programs to grow skills. We have moved our courses online and have held several webinars and trained over 500 practitioners in since we rolled out this initiative last month. Keep a look out for more information on upcoming training programmes by ZEP-RE Academy on our social media pages.
We will keep you appraised on new developments regarding re-opening of our offices once this pandemic is behind us. I have shared a list of our key contact persons and ask you to engage them if you have any queries.
As I close, I would like to thank you for believing in ZEP-RE and supporting our business.
Together, we shall overcome!
Thank you.
