One of the objectives at the formation of Zep- Re was to provide Reinsurance Training and manpower development in the region with a view of enhancing professionalism in the industry.
Zep- Re’s strongly believe that there is a great need for professionalism in all aspects of Insurance and Reinsurance undertakings, and towards turning this belief into a reality, Zep- Re has positioned itself as a Regional Insurance & Reinsurance training solutions provider.
We have in place a full fledged Training Department and since its launch, we have offered trainings in Reinsurance, Engineering, Risk Surveys, and Life to more than 1,300 participants from various countries in Africa.

To provide Quality Training Solutions geared at enabling the whole of Africa’s Insurance Industry operate at its optimum.
The need for training in the field of Insurance and Reinsurance cannot be over-emphasized. Insurance and more so Reinsurance, are both highly technical disciplines, requiring people who are well trained to work competently and efficiently. Comprehensive training in all aspects of Insurance and Reinsurance is therefore a vital tool in the development of the Insurance and Reinsurance Sector.
We all know that training staff is a very expensive undertaking, but we believe that the cost of ignorance is even much more expensive.
The trainings are facilitated by Zep- Re Staff, with relevant skills and practical experience in this subject.
The method of presentation is usually face to face PowerPoint presentations, with each participant being given a soft copy of the presentation. There are also discussion cessions amongst the participants, where practical cases are presented and discussed among groups.
