Corporate Strategy workshop (1st to 3rd September 2006)
The Company held its tri-annual corporate strategy workshop between 1st and 3rd September 2006 at Mount Kenya Safari Club in Nanyuki, Kenya. The workshop was attended by the Board and Management of the Company and was meant to review the just ending strategy plan and formulate the next three year plan (2007 – 2009). The workshop was facilitated by Strategic Leadership Centre, a leading strategy consultancy firm in Kenya.
