| ZEP-RE nets $ 2 million profit - [May 9, 2005]

The 14th Annual General Assembly held in Maputo, Mozambique among other things approved the 2004 Annual Report and Accounts of the Company the highlight of which was the $ 2 million profit recorded by the Company in 2004. The meeting also approved a dividend payout of $315,600 to members of the Company.
