| New Alternate Directors appointed - [May 9, 2005]

Two new Alternate Directors were appointed by the 14th Annual General Assembly to replace retiring members of the Board. The two Alternates are Dr. Nehemiah Ng’eno, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Trade and Industry and Mr. Kulova Wanjala, Managing Director, Blue Shield Insurance Company of Kenya. The two new members take up their positions with immediate effect and will serve for remainder of the terms inherited.
