| Members take up additional shares in the Company - [May 9, 2005]

In a sign of continuing confidence in the operations of the Company, the following members of the Company increased their levels of participation in ZEP-RE by taking up additional shares in the Company: -
- Government of Djibouti - The member requested and was allocated an additional 100 shares. The Government of Djibouti now holds 438 shares in the Company.
- The Government of Rwanda - The member requested and was allocated an additional 3,321 shares. The Government of Rwanda now holds 4,788 shares in the Company.
- The Government of Sudan - The member requested and was allocated an additional 500 shares. The Government of Rwanda now holds 1,420 shares in the Company.
- Blue Shield Insurance CompanyThe member requested and was allocated an additional 66 shares. Blue Shield Insurance Company now holds 366 shares in the Company.
- National Insurance Corporation of EritreaThe member requested and was allocated an additional 72 shares. Blue Shield Insurance Company now holds 572 shares in the Company.
