| New External Auditors appointed - [May 9, 2005]

The 14th Annual General Assembly appointed new Auditors for the year 2005. Messrs. Deloitte & Touche of Nairobi, Kenya have been appointed to replace Messrs. Ernst & Young. This Auditor rotation aspect is part of the Corporate Governance principles introduced and currently governing the operations of the Company.
