The 45th Board of Directors Meeting was held at the Company’s headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya. The meeting was attended by members of the Board drawn from countries of the region including Eritrea, Kenya, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and the PTA Bank. The meeting among other things approved the corporate work plan for 2005 and the 2005 Budget. |
