ZEP-RE meets with AfDB officials
The Company met with AFDB officials on 12th March 2009 on a familiarization tour of the Company. ZEP-RE is in the process of interesting AfDB in its membership and the officials were visiting the Company headquarters to understand its operations better.

Audit process for 2008 complete
The Company has now finalized the audit of its 2008 financial statements which are now awaiting the approval of the Board Meeting scheduled for 27th March 2009. The results will be posted here in the month of April 2009

60th Board of Directors’ meeting scheduled in Nairobi
The 60th Board of Directors meeting of ZEP-RE is
scheduled for Friday 27th March 2009.
The meeting will among other things consider the
financial statements of the Company for the year
ending 2008.
