Company pays out dividend
The Company approved a dividend of USD1.2 million from the profits realised in 2009.
External Auditors
Messrs. Deloitte & Touche of Nairobi, Kenya were re-appointed as External Auditors of the Company for the year 2010.

Members of the Company also took time to express its gratitude to the Government of Kenya facilitating the hosting of the 19th Annual General Assembly.
20th Annual General Assembly to be held in Zimbabwe
The 20th Annual General Assembly of the Company will be held in Zimbabwe in 2011.
