Chairman and Vice Chairperson of ZEP-RE
The 19th Annual General Assembly re-elected Dr. Michael Gondwe as the Chairman of the Board and General Assembly of the Company. Ms Irene Muyenga was elected a Vice Chairman of the Board and General Assembly of the Company.
Dr. Michael Gondwe is currently the President of the PTA Bank, a regional finance development institution that is a shareholder in ZEP-RE while Ms. Irene Muyenga is the Group CEO of the ZSIC Group, a leading insurance group in Zambia
