Corporate Governance Workshop
A Corporate Governance workshop was held for the Board and Management of the Company at the Sopa Lodge, Naivasha, Kenya between the 24th and 26th of March 2006. The 3 day workshop was facilitated by the Centre for Corporate Governance based in Nairobi, Kenya.
The workshop was intended to refresh and in addition avail new governance skills to the participants with a view to ensuring that the Company applies the latest best practices of corporate governance in its operations.
