- Member States of COMESA who elect to become members;
- Insurance and Reinsurance institutions authorised by Member States who are members;
- Insurance and reinsurance institutions authorised by Member States who are not members; and
- Such other bodies corporate in Africa as may become members upon the approval of the General Assembly.
